In short, from business meetings to social events, our venues are designed for both professional and private functions.
The stadiums offer multiple function spaces of various sizes. For example:
- Presidential Suite: A premium suite (up to 250 guests) suitable for conferences or gala dinners.
- Upper Concourse: A large hall (1,754 m²) that can seat up to 1,000 people theatre-style or 600 for a plated dinner.
- Auditorium: A 156-seat theatre with modern AV equipment, ideal for presentations or press launches.

Each space is supported by in-house AV, lighting and the stadium’s event management team.

Ample free parking is available for all event attendees. For safety, a specialized on-site medical team (including an ICU-equipped ambulance) is available during events18. In summary, SMSA provides the venue plus catering, security and medical support so you can focus on the event itself.
Ticketing and Public Events
Tickets must be bought through official channels. SMSA has partnered with Open Tickets as its official ticketing platform. You can purchase online via SMSA’s website or the Open Tickets site. Till-slip (paper counter) tickets are no longer sold – all tickets are electronic for security and convenience.
Every spectator must present a valid ticket (printed or mobile) for admission. Only tickets obtained from authorized sellers will be accepted; any damaged, defaced or unofficial ticket will be refused. You should also bring a form of ID. Small personal items (bags, prams, etc.) must fit under your seat. Outside of that, bring only essential personal items—everything else will be inspected or returned at entry.
For safety and legal reasons, many items are strictly prohibited. These include weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.), explosives (fireworks, flares, smoke bombs), and blunt objects (crowbars, glass bottles, cans). Alcoholic or non-prescribed beverages are not allowed in or out. Large or sharp objects – e.g. umbrellas with pointed ends, sports equipment (except small team pennants/vuvuzelas) – are banned. Professional recording gear is also prohibited without special permission. Outside food or drink is not permitted (aside from medical/infant supplies). In short: if it could endanger others or interfere with safety, it’s not allowed. You will be asked to discard or surrender prohibited items before entry.
Expect routine security screening at every gate. All bags and personal items will be searched. If you refuse screening, entry will be denied. Security will verify your ticket and identity. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor designated zones (indoors is off-limits). For everyone’s safety, note that once you exit the stadium you may not be re-admitted. Please arrive early to accommodate these checks and enjoy the event safely.
? Check the SMSA website and official social media channels for upcoming matches, concerts or special events. Each event page will list dates, times and any specific terms. Remember that by attending, spectators agree to SMSA’s terms of entry (see SMSA’s published Stadium Terms of Entry) and the terms of the event promoter.
